How many Brownstones will be built?
There are 48 Brownstones planned at Brighton Place to be constructed in three phases.
Is there a model?
A model will be available for viewing as part of the first phase.
What is the price range for a Brownstone?
Prices for homes vary by home size, location, options, and site ameneties. Prices will be released as soon as each phase is constructed.
Will you have a Qualified Waiting List?
Homes will be released first to our Qualified Waiting List. If there are homes available after the waiting list however, these homes will be for sale to anyone wishing to purchase.
Should I submit my information for the Interest List?
If you are on the Interest List we will send you updated information so that you can be informed about the progress your home is making and when you will be able to move in.
How long will it be until the homes are completed?
Phase one will begin construction in the summer of 2007 and is expected to be completed by Spring of 2008. Phase one will feature the construction of Brighton Avenue, parks and 12 Brownstones.
Phase 2 will follow in sequence, with staged completions from mid-to-late 2008 through final completion of the last home, expected by the summer of 2009. We will keep those on the Interest list updated as to the progress of each phase.
Where can I find more marketing information?

What options or upgrades are available when purchasing a Brownstone?
During the pre-sales period, Purchasers are offered selected interior options, including upgraded finishes, appliance packages, flooring options, cabinet selections, and more. Exterior facades as well as interior floorplans, garages, and bonus rooms are set by the developer for each lot.
What is the size of individual homes in Brighton Place?
The three-story Brownstone homes range in size from approximately 2,200 sf. up to 2,400 sf.
Will the homes be ADA accessible?
All of the homes have been designed to accommodate an elevator if desired. One may have the option of full accessibility to each level starting at the garage.

The developer is Brownstone LLC. We are a partnership of local residents who want to create an urban living environment of high quality, both of architecture and living experience.
